Moser Speech Therapy Services employs highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologists with the experience and expertise to provide effective treatment for a wide variety of speech, language and feeding disorders, in a safe and caring environment.

Claire Moser, M.A., CCC-SLP

Claire Moser, M.A., CCC-SLP, owner of Moser Speech Therapy Services, has 25 years of experience in Sevier County schools. Her academically based speeech and language experience has given her the skills to work with children who are speech and language delayed, having reading difficulties (including dyslexia), are diagnosed with central auditory processing disorders (CAPD), and stuttering. In 2010, Claire decided to leave the school system to work in a private clinic. Two years later, she opened her own speech therapy clinic, and on February 1, 2012, her journey began. Claire specializes in reading disabilities, as well as delays in articulation and language development. Claire is passionate about providing the services that children need in order to be successful in school. "Every child deserves help. No child should go without the help they need."



Lizzie Manning, M.S., CF-SLP

Lizzie Manning, M.S., CCC-SLP, graduated from UTK in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science Disorders and a double minor in Psychology and Child & Family Studies. She recently completed her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at UTHSC with a concentration in Aural Habilitation. She loves working with children and providing therapy that is tailored to each individual child's needs. She believes it is important to make therapy motivating and fun, and looks forward to gaining more experience and growing as a clinician.

Bernie is a 3-year-old Aussiedoodle who loves coming to Moser Speech with his owner, Lizzie. He is excited to meet all of the patients and their families.




Deneen, M.S., CF-SLP

Deneen Matheson, M.S., CCC-SLP, graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Knoxville, TN with a Bachelor of Science in Audiology/Speech Pathology. She pursued her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology at UTHSC as well. She is certified by ASHA and the Tennessee Department of Health in Speech Language Pathology. She loves working with her kiddos and hanging out with her dog Jasper.




Oscar a 5 year old miniature dachshundAtticus

Oscar and Atticus, are14 and 11 year old miniature dachshunds. They are the mascots for Moser Speech. They love the children and are a favorite reason for some of them to come to therapy. They like to sit in the laps of parents, receive treats from the children, take speech walks, and be petted.

Valerie Ward, Billing Manager

Valerie Ward, Office Manager, joined Moser Speech in July 2014. Valerie has over 5 years experience in Speech Pathology office management, and over 8 years experience with Speech Pathology billing. Valerie has a love for art, and painted several murals inside of Moser Speech for the patients to enjoy. She is very compassionate about helping those in need and ensuring the patients have a positive experience.
